Hey listers:

My interest in Wedmore is my father's mother's family.  My great, great 
grandparents came to America from Wedmore in the 1860's.  The were William 
Day, son of John and Martha Willis daughter or Samuel and Ruth Raines who 
were married on 8/30/1838.  Ruth was the daughter of Isaac Raines and Esther 
Phelps who were from Wookey.

Any one else researching these lines would be a welcome addition to my 
circle of communications.
