[WED]List Suggestions

Hello everyone.

I've received a few suggestions from users that I thought I would pass
along:

When sending a message to the list it would be helpful to not include the
original message, as the digest version becomes very difficult to read with
all of the replies and originals bunched together.

Some people do not have HTML enabled email, which means that, if you send an
HTML formatted email, they receive a huge mess of "code" with the
message...in other words, they really won't be able to read your message.

Finally, if you are going to add an attachment to an email going to the
list, make sure you tell us what the attachment is in the body of your
message...the counter to that is: if someone on the list sends an
attachment, and they don't describe what the attachment is DON'T OPEN IT!!

My gut instinct is to ban attachments, but we are small enough that we
should be able to prevent any virus issues.

Good luck.
