[WED]Skaneateles--computer expertise?

        It seems that most of you are getting an "under construction"
message for the Skaneateles website.  Yet, I am able to access it every
time.  Does anyone know why this might be so?  Does it have anything to
do with being within the U.S. versus abroad?  Someone here suggested it
might possibly have to do with the Browser being used.   I use
Navigator.  I'm not a computer expert, but am curious as to the cause.
If any of you can't get the site, I would be glad to do lookups for you.
