  Hi Sue

I am always looking for Tincknell references but I will be over in =
August and these are the sort of things I will looking at/for...... =
anything that will help piece together the gaps in information in the =
parish records and, just general background info. Same with the Wills - =
there is no particular Will I am after but again it is Tincknell Wills =
to try and piece together the tree.

Found my reference - Cases in the Court of Arches 1660-1913 by Jane =
Houston Pub by Phillimore.

9166 Tincknell v Stone 1668 Edward Tincknell v Edward Stone legacy of =
Fra Tincknell of Wedmore. Somt A.b.

Does anyone know where I could find the actual Cases in the Court of =
Arches?

  regards

  Lyn
