Hi Karla,
Most interested in all your Walls, including your Eliza Ann who =
lived to be 90, displaying similar longevity to her cousin and my great =
great aunt Jane Wall who died aged 102 in 1970. Who were the parents of =
your William Wall born "bef. 1832" - was he the son of Wm Taverner Wall =
and Eliza. Wall born in abt 1831 (according to the 1851 census), or =
perhaps one of the Wms born in 1827, sons of Uriah and Solomon =
respectively? In all three cases I believe they can be traced back to =
John Wall bap 3 April 1561.
My grandfather's sister Mary Ellen Curtin (grandaughter of Maria =
Carver of Wedmore) married Robert Lee Pitman (whose parents were both =
from near Wedmore) in Farley in 1895; he had been born at Johns Creek in =
1865. They had descendants in Des Moines as recently as 1982. My =
grandfather Fred Curtin married the daughter of Sarah Wall, daughter of =
Arthur Wall of Wedmore.
If you have appropriate software I could send you my GEDCOM file =
which has about 700 Walls (also available from Jan Larder).
Tim
