Lyn, I think Stan Mapstone's reply was probably the answer!  Thanks Stan 
for sharing the information.
We did see the Dyer gravestone in Burlington and we asked about 
it--that's why he gave me a copy of the paper.  However, I don't seem to 
have a first name for this Dr Dyer.  Is anyone researching along these 
lines?  I can check with Don in Burlington to get his first name if 
anyone is interested.
