Guess that answers the Rev's question and probably there was no kin 
relationship between the Judge Dyer & the Dr Dyer.  But I do feel 
certain that the Somerset folks in the two communities corresponded.

Mary, was Augustine Day one of the Day's you were researching?  I did 
get a photo of his gravestone--not totally legible--and would be glad to 
send it to you if you would like it.  We did get quite a bit of 
information on our family, however, could not find burial for any of 
them!
