Tim - Did you add to your earlier response. I think I may have accidentally 
deleted something of yours.
Thank you for your earlier references which I found very interesting and as 
you acknowledged, it was an outline to confirm the wealth of the village 
centuries ago but I still would be interested in knowing from what or where 
this wealth was generated as a comparison to nearby villages.
I suppose we are getting into historical local economics which may be too 
involved to handle in a timely manner.
