I have a copy of the following Will and sale information.

Cottage and premises adjg.Theale School, purchased by T.T.Knyfton, esq.,
from Wm.Tincknell of Newtown in Wedmore, lab., and Soloman Wall of Oldwood
in Wedmore, lab., and Phoebe his wife (sister of Wm.Tincknell). Original
will of Wm.Tincknell the elder of Theale, 1874.


Thomas Tutton Knyfton of  Uphill paid twenty three pounds to purchase the
cottage by Theale School. I don't know if Michael has Knyfton on his line
but if anyone is interested in more detail contact me.
