Thank you so much.  We have been to Wedmore twice but it is always hard 
to find just what you are looking for, particularly since new info keeps 
adding in!  Don't know much about Mary Ann Roper's first husband, 
Richard Hole except the parish record of their marriage on 26 May 1838 
in Wedmore.  No father's name is listed for Richard, so I don't know 
where he fits in the Hole family.  Nor do we know what happened to 
Richard or when she married James Curry, but James & Ann Curry are in 
Burlington, Racine County, Wisconsin by 1850 with the rest of her 
family.  There are no children listed with them in 1850, but the Curry's 
have a daughter born in 1851--so we assume she had no living children by 
Richard Hole.
If anyone has any ideas about this Richard Hole, it would be 
appreciated.
