Hi Lyn, Negative, Joseph's wife was Grace Tilley (marriage Meare 25 5 1808),
I think she also used the name Sarah as well, as that is the only way I can
sense of this family . (The 1851 census gives Grace Sarah, 70, widow,
pauper, living with her daughter Elizabeth, 43.) Joseph was the seventh
child of George & Ann (Willis), that would make him a cousin of George (and
Charlotte). I have children of Joseph and Grace/Sarah as Elizabeth 1808,
Henrietta Sophia 1809, William 1811, George ca 1814, Henry 1820, Edwin ca
1816 and possible but doubtful John 1818. This is not an easy family as
records are not all there. Let me know if you wish to take George and
Elizabeth Tincknell further; I think this is the family of the late Arthur
Duckett, but I have not got it all the way through.
On the subject of Binning / Duckett, I have a second Elizabeth Binning
married John Duckett at St. Mary Redcliffe, Bristol on 15 4 1817. John died
in  December 1847. If I have her correctly on the 1851 census Elizabeth was
born in South Brent in 1797, after that she disappears as do many of her
family. Any ideas on this Elizabeth would be appreciated, she may still have
been a "Wedmore person" and a connection between the two Elizabeth Binnings
is also possible.
I was reviewing some material recently and looked at a dialogue between Lyn,
Tim and Stephen Brown, this was given to me before I joined the list and is
dated  28 September 2002. I found is quite interesting as I had not look at
it closely before, if anyone wishes to discuss any of the problems raised
