[Don and Erdine Walter]

Howdy

Thank you all for your quick responses to my query. 
Since I was going back to the 1820s I thought any
information would be hard to come by, if not
impossible.  

To answer questions submitted to me about my original
DAVEY query:

1. Edward Davey — I located him in Auburn NY in the
1830 US census, living by himself.  He was not in the
1820 or 1840 US census for Auburn, and his name does
not appear on any of the Internet lists for the local
cemeteries. I have no other information about him.

2.  WALTER surname -- In my case Walter comes from
Anton Walter who immigrated to the US from
Alsace-Lorain, France in 1850.  He settled in Dayton
KY.
