Hi Tony
I grew up in Western Canada (Manitoba).
Since starting my research (many years ago) I have found that Thomas
Latcham born c 1824 (census) emigrated to Ontario (Central Canada) in 1846.
He was from Wedmore s/o John Latcham and Ann POOL. And oddly enough there
was a James Latcham living in Kingston, Ontario, where I now live, in 1869.
I've traced his movements but not very far back in his ancestry.
My grandparents emigrated in the 1890s.
So you see there are not many of us here.
And yes, I know, there are not many in England or Australia.
Makes my one name study relatively easy to handle!
