Hi Bonnie,
Mark is the village and parish that was west of Wedmore (with =
Blackford in between them). It would be smaller in population than =
Wedmore. It is unusual in that village is very long and narrow, four =
miles either side of a main road. It is supposed to be the longest =
village in England. I am not too supprised that your grandparents were =
not closely related, the Wall family is regarded as the largest and most =
complicated in the Wedmore area.
Regards Matthew.
