I am interested in trying to locate some information on a cider house once
operated by the Leigh Family.
I have a certificate of baptisms signed and dated 1884 by Reverend Hervey
which I am assuming my great grandfather, John Hooper, used for admission to the
United States. It lists all the children of John and Margaret Hooper.
On that certificate, it states Margaret, daughter of Adam and Mary Leigh.
Adam Leigh's occupation was ciderhouse keeper. She was baptized by Rev.
Kempthorne in 1844.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Andrea
