No sign of anything like a Hellier baptism around the time
20 August 1854, Charles Goodland Hellier married Elizabeth Leigh, =
both were of Full Age. Charles was a Bachelor Labourer from Weare and =
Elizabeth was a Spinster Servant from Wedmore. Charles's father was John =
Hellier, a Labourer and Elizabeth's father was Adam Leigh, also a =
Labourer. The witnesses were Louisa Goodland Hellier and Charles =
Gooding. Page 132, record 264.
Elizabeth Leigh was baptised 26 April 1832, daughter of Adam and =
Mary Leigh, Adam was a Labourer from Latcham. Page 39, record 310.
There are a number of other children baptised of Adam and Mary =
Leigh.
