I would think not.
Hannah Binning was baptised 20th April 1808, but there was an Anne Binning  
daughter of Robert & Anne Binning baptised 31st March 1809.
A Hannah  Binning married Charles Bryant 4th July 1832 (age 24)
The Ann Binning who  married John Puddy 6th August 1827 was married by banns 
with the consent of John  ?, so she was under 21 years of age. (age 18)
