I see what you mean - because a surname has been entered it might appear 
that there was a father.  The head of the column says "Surname of Parent" 
not "surname of Father."

Unfortunately I don't think there was a named father - on the original 
transcript it simply says

1807
Jan 7th    Mary dau of James & Sarah BUN,
            & Hannah dau of Jane MORGAN

A Jane MORGAN was christened 10 Nov 1782, the dau of John & Mary MORGAN
