A final note of correction on this subject. The information I related on =
16th August was not the last word. My Green family tree proved to be =
incorrect. Elizabeth Green nee Wall did not die in 1826. She outlived =
her husband Thomas and then married Henry Banwell. Elizabeth Banwell, =
late Arney, was a late child of that union. Eleanor Duckett and =
Elizabeth Banwell were half sisters despite an age difference of 28 =
years. My thanks to Olga Fraser for her help.
This raises the intriguing question that I may well have unidentified =
photographs of Elizabeth Banwell nee Arney, her husband Edward Arney and =
her mother Elizabeth Banwell / Green / Wall.
