Hello.

At the bottom of each page in the forum there is a place to select =
'subscribe forum' (it has a check box beside it).  If you click on the =
words 'subscribe forum' it should send you an email every time someone =
posts something to that forum

Lyn is testing another option that notifies you only when someone =
responds to your post, which will obviously have less traffic.

I'll advise once we've tested both methods.
