Michael - hi!
As a new kid on the block, so to speak, I'm not sure how much my two =
penn'orth is worth, but one of the things that first attracted me to =
this particular message board was the "humanity" and conversational =
quality of the messages contained therein. After all, one of the =
things that I, and many other researchers, most enjoy is the act of =
going through information, in the hope that there might be a small gem =
of useable knowledge at the end of it; a case of the journey being as =
rewarding as actually arriving at your destination.
If you start putting constraints upon what people may or may not say, or =
upon what they may or may not discuss, I think you might risk losing the =
spontaneity of the thing, and, let's be honest, apart from the huge =
amount of information being exchanged, one of this site's greatest =
achievements to date must be the new friendships it has forged during =
these otherwise troubled times. Please don't jeopardise all of that.
Blessings for Xmas and the New Year
Sue Hembury-Kellow
