You have made an very interesting contribution regards the Millards in Iowa 
as Stephen Millard married Julia Coombes Mapstone in 1883 in Wedmore and the 
next I kniow of the couple is a death entry for Julia who died at Council 
Bluffs in 1887. Stephen and Julia were reported to be resident of Denison at 
the time.
There's a strong likelihood that Stephen must be related to the Millards in 
Deleware county - I had always wondered who they might know in Iowa as a 
motivating force to emigrate.
Anyhow, I've already written to the list regards this so you may already be 
aware of these details.
