[WED]Does anyone know these Millards

Dear Roger and Joe

Stephen  Millard was probably held on a hulk awaiting transportation after
his conviction. At the State Library in Brisbane is records of those in gaol
at various times throughout England, by 10 year blocks from memory, and they
are by county. I can't think of the exact name of the records but the
librarian there would know. It tells of previous convictions and place of
abode and place where crime took place which might help.

The exact date of his trial would be on the convict indent for the ship he
came on.
