[WED]School records

Hello Everyone,

Last year I remember reading some school records which one of our listers 
had copied at the record office in Taunton (Ibelieve).  I may be in 
Somerset for a few days in August and, if time permits, would love to see 
if the office has records of the school my grandmother and her siblings 
attended during the years 1866-1891.  Can anyone tell me where children who 
lived at Rose Villa, Cheddar Rd., Wedmore (according to the 1881 census) 
would have gone to school?   The 1871 Census has them living in 
Blackford.  Would that hamlet have had its own school?
