A William Lovell was baptised 2/05/1852, there were non at St. Marys a =
few years before this. His parents were George and Elizabeth Lovell, a =
labourer of Heath House. (page 245, record 1956).
I suggest he may be your man!

Somerset, England He Married Jane Mellish b 1840
William's Father is George (Pople or Lovell not sure)
